Northern Cyprus's most luxurious hotel completed in
2002. Korman Construction was employed as the main
contractor and was responsible to oversea the whole
project.
Esentepe Golf & Country Club The
Newest addition to Korman Constructions latest
project is the new golf club near Esentepe, on the
eastern coastal road , with spectacular views over
the Besparmak Mountain to the west, the mountain
range to the east and the coast to the north.
The site boasts 21 superbly
designed holes, three of which will be used for a
training academy, and a 30 bay driving range
measuring 295x100M. The total distance of the course
from the championship tees is 6,600 yards.
A Hotel will be constructed to the left of the course. This will be constructed on a 40.000 square foot area with amazing views. The heart of the complex will be the club house which will include a 200 seater restaurant, large terraces and views of the coast. The terraces will be cleverly designed overlooking the first tee and the 9th and 18th greens for maximum entertaintment.
Extensive work has been carried on the planned
7.500 square metres of pathways linking the holes.
Thirty-seven golf carts will be available for easier
access around the course.
